The Southern Manitoba Harley Owners Group^® Chapter shall provide safe and responsible riding and
social activities for the Chapter membership.

We will encourage our Chapter members to be involved in local Chapter and other provincial and
regional Harley Owners Group^® in a positive and dignified manner in our communities, and at provincial
and national functions.

Our mission can be boiled down to a single phrase...
